Skotos is the smaller variant of demon Skotizo. Skotizo inhabited the caves that lie below Kourend and transformed them into what we now call the Catacombs of Kourend.

Skotizo's cave can be found via Dark Totem on the altar located in the middle in Kourend's Catacombs located in Kourend. Dark Totem is made up of three parts: bottom middle and top. These parts come from the monsters that lurk in the upper levels in the Catacombs.
