About Me

I’ve spent my life pushing boundaries, jumping fences, and coloring outside the lines. Each experience, whether trouble or recognition, has been a learning journey. These adventures have expanded my perceptions of the universe, deepened my understanding of human nature, and enriched my soul.

As I developed my therapy and coaching practice, I realized that all those extraordinary life experiences allowed me to hold space for others to work through their issues, dream bigger, and align with their soul’s purpose. My philosophy is that each of us is like a bright, clear prism of light, radiating a rainbow of colors. However, life can leave our prisms with fingerprints, smudges, and dust.

My role is to assist motivated seekers in discovering what needs to be removed, what needs to be reshaped, and how to polish their soul to return to its pure, resourceful nature. I help people transition from feeling bound and playing small to experiencing freedom and empowered authenticity.

Using hypnotherapy, NLP, past life regression, and astrology, along with other healing modalities, I guide you toward achieving clarity, self-awareness, self-love, and a plan for fulfillment.

My Story

My path in spirituality is long and diverse. I began my life with a strong intuitive connection to spiritual realms, yet resources and support were limited. As a teenager in the late 1960s, I taught myself tarot and astrology, explored meditation, and read every book I could find. However, it was challenging to gain traction.

Deep down, I yearned to recall my past lives. In the mid-1980s, I experienced my first past life regression, which sparked a continuous journey of Celtic shaman-style training. In 1997, I became a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and in 1999, a Certified Instructor of Hypnotherapy.

My credentials also include a doctorate in behavioral psychology and certifications in NLP, Reiki, Gestalt, EFT, Remote Viewing, Spiritual Counseling, and Applied Kinesiology.
