Heat dissipation methods of led light tube light

It utilizes natural air convection to accelerate heat dissipation on the housing surface, especially suitable for high-power led light tube light.

The core heat dissipation methods of led light tube light are designed around "quickly dissipating heat from chips", mainly including the following 4 types:
1. Housing Heat Dissipation (Most Basic)
The housing is made of high thermal conductivity materials, commonly aluminum alloy and aluminum profile.
Heat is transferred from the LED bead substrate to the housing and then naturally dissipated into the air, featuring simple structure and low cost.
2. Substrate Heat Dissipation (Core Conduction)
LED beads are directly mounted on high thermal conductivity substrates, such as aluminum substrates and copper substrates.
The substrate acts as a "bridge" for heat transfer, quickly conducting heat generated by chips to the housing or other heat dissipation structures to reduce heat accumulation.
3. Internal Thermal Conductive Structure Assistance
Some tubes have built-in thermal conductive silicone, thermal pads or thermal grease.
They fill the gaps between LED beads and the substrate, as well as between the substrate and the housing, reducing thermal resistance for smoother heat conduction.
4. Passive Convection Heat Dissipation (Enhanced Dissipation)
The housing is designed with concave-convex structures like stripes or honeycombs to increase heat dissipation area.
It utilizes natural air convection to accelerate heat dissipation on the housing surface, especially suitable for high-power led light tube light.
