Cancellation Policy at Car Hire Bosnia

If you cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your pick-up time, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the pick-up time will incur a €50 deduction for fully prepaid bookings; if the total payment is less than €50, no refund will be issued. All cancellations must be made through the Carhire Bosnia online portal.
