I recently had the chance to meet a Mini Highland cow, one of the most charming mini cow breeds, and it was an incredible experience! These mini cows are like compact versions of the classic Scottish Highland breed, with their iconic fluffy coats and large horns. Although they’re about half or a third of the size of regular cows, they’re just as tough and resilient, a testament to the hardiness of Miniature Highland cattle. What impressed me most was how friendly and approachable they were—a perfect fit for small farms or homesteads. As far as mini cow breeds go, Mini Highlands make a fantastic addition, bringing both beauty and personality to any farm setting!
