Before you begin making your acrylic keychains, decide on the   how to make acrylic keychain    design you want to create. Step 2: Prepare the Acrylic Sheet

Step 3: Trace and Color Your Design

Using permanent markers or acrylic paint, carefully trace your design onto the acrylic sheet. Take your time and be precise, as any mistakes will be permanent. If you make a mistake, you can use rubbing alcohol to remove the ink before it dries completely. Once you've traced your design, allow the ink or paint to dry completely before moving on to the next step.

Step 4: Cut Out Your Keychain

Once your design is dry, use scissors or a cutting machine to cut out your keychain shapes. If you're using a cutting machine, make sure to follow the manufacturer's instructions for cutting acrylic. Take your time and cut along the lines as accurately as possible.

Step 5: Add Protective Layer (Optional)

To protect your design and give it a glossy finish, you can add a layer of clear adhesive vinyl to the front of your keychain. Simply cut a piece of vinyl slightly larger than your acrylic shape and carefully apply it to the front, smoothing out any air bubbles as you go.

Step 6: Punch a Hole

Using a hole punch or drill, create a hole at the top of your acrylic keychain. This is where you'll attach the keychain hardware later on, so make sure the hole is large enough to accommodate the hardware you've chosen.
